Start Weight – 61.5kg April Weight – 57 kg
Even though Gaylene has only lost 4.5kg, her body fat % has gone down and her muscle mass % has gone up. Her total body composition has changed and you can see the muscles she has been working hard for all over her body.

Jodie – Can you tell me the reservations that you had before we started working together?
Gaylene – The lack of stamina, self doubt and apprehension of doing PT as I was intimidated by gyms and the stigma involved.
