Chicken Avocado Burger – Hervey Bay Personal Trainer

Chicken Avocado Burger (servings 4)


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 large ripe avocado – cut into chunks
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • ⅓ cup Panko crumbs or Almond meal
  • 1 minced Poblano or Jalapeño pepper (optional but recommended)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper



Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently.

Shape into desired size patties and grill inside or out!

Even though Gaylene has only lost 4.5kg, her body fat % has gone down and her muscle mass % has gone up. Her total body composition has changed and you can see the muscles she has been working hard for all over her body.

Jodie – Can you tell me the reservations that you had before we started working together?
Gaylene – The lack of stamina, self doubt and apprehension of doing PT as I was intimidated by gyms and the stigma involved.

Jodie – Can you explain how I was able to help you with your reservations?
Gaylene – Your constant support, motivation, belief in ones ability and reassurance.. and the laughs!🙂

Jodie – Can you describe your 1-2 top goals when you started?
Gaylene – To stop the age process of things going south to get fitter and healthier

GIVE ME GLUTES – booty training, personal training

The results are in!
Measurements have been taken and one of my ladies glutes grew by 4cm and she lost 2cm in each of her legs. Another ladies glutes grew by 2.9cm and another 1.2cm in 8 weeks!

One of my ladies told me they can feel their glutes activate for the first time on their park run and took 2 minutes off their personal best (PB) time!

Glute training is not just for aesthetics, but also for strengthening up your glutes so they are working properly and help relieve lower back and knee pain due to weak glutes and also help with prevention of injuries that may occur if they are not functioning properly.
